HELLO. I'M DIANA SETARO
Updated: Oct 15, 2021
Diana Setaro is a familiar name in the area, having worked in Brunswick County for over 23 years, this familiarity with Brunswick County is a great benefit to clients. I have always worked to help people in the community. “ As a long-time resident of Oak Island, I am a firm believer in the quality of life the area offers. “Making the move from Southern California to North Carolina was a great decision. This area is a wonderful place to raise a family. It’s a charming, caring and giving community with clean air, beautiful beaches and most importantly, great people.”
I have followed the real estate market for years and understand the pros and cons of buying in a specific area based on what the buyer finds most important. “I am tenacious in making sure my clients are satisfied. I know the perfect fit is out there and am determined to help you find the right home in the right location with the right amenities within your budget. When I am working with sellers, helping you move to the next phase of your life by selling your house as quickly as possible is also gratifying.”
Being a part of RE/MAX Southern Coast, I feel reassured that I made the right decision. “I enjoy working with the team we have here. The company is innovative in its approach to marketing properties and working with buyers. Serving on the Board of Directors for Samara’s Village, a non-profit that works with pregnant and parenting teens, is another way that I give back to the community I love. I’m also on the board of directors for UYA Up Your Arts, where we determine policies, procedures, and regulations for the conduct of the organization, raise funds to support its programs, and monitor organizational performance.
